Management Solutions International (MSI) was formed in Dubai in 2005 as an extension of our successful executive search business in Asia.  In 2001, TMP Worldwide, then the world’s largest recruitment and advertising company, purchased Management Solutions Incorporated.  In 2004, our senior management bought out a part of TMP’s business in Asia and took the company private.   

As a private company, we changed our business model and set up industry and functional specialization practices.  Along with this, we introduced several new recruitment methodologies and made our fee structures more flexible so that we could tailor our approach and more effectively meet the needs of each individual assignment.

We believe that our heritage of once being part of a worldclass, multinational recruitment company, combined with our extensive years in the Asian and Middle East market, helps us guarantee superior, results driven activities that balance the needs of our client with the career needs of the candidates with whom we work.

Our offices in Dubai, Bangkok, and most recently, New York City, allow us to effectively conduct searches throughout Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.  These regional capabilities have given us the ability to successfully source candidates for roles in Thailand, China, the Philipines, India, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt, Europe, and Iran.
