Our Interview Technique is based on an in depth understanding of role, client and candidate needs across three areas:
- Individual - Where we match the candidates Key Result Areas with what our client needs them to achieve and also match the skills, knowledge and attributes possessed by the candidate and needed for effective performance on the job.
- Social – Where we match what exists in the client with what the candidate prefers in working style, values, culture and team dynamics.
- Organisational – Where we match the monetary and non-monetary incentives, and what resources, systems and strategies that are applicable to this assignment with what the candidate needs to motivate and perform in the role.
We do not have a fixed assignment conduct methodology. Rather, we assess each assignment on its merits and propose to the client, that methodology which has the greatest chance of success. This means that the assignment could be conducted using a Database Search, an Advertised Search, a Headhunting methodology, or a combination of any or all of these methodologies.
