It is important to understand that psychometric assessment is just one means of assessment of candidates and should never be used in isolation to determine the best candidate. Psychometric assessment provides further insight into the candidates and often reveals other aspects of the candidate that can be explored during interview. Further a psychometric assessment report can and should be used to assist in the better management of the candidate when employed by the client.
