• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
• Experience in Home Automation project is a MUST.
• Experience in coordinating and supporting business processes.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership in defining requirements for project risk.
• Skills to identify and solve project issues.
• Excellent Communication and Customer service skills

• Must have a Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years large scale C++ development experience.
• Experience with test driven and agile development is a plus.
• Must have the ability to write technical and design documentation.
• Must have solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Must have working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including complex queries (joins, unions), triggers, and stored procedures.
• Must have experience with programming in a client server environment.
• Strong C++ and object-oriented design skills.

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Channel Sales; Bilingual (English and French) with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Conducting gap analysis between customer needs and CRM software offering; Gathering business requirements and scoping them.
• Mapping the gap analysis with an implementation plan and custom developments if required.

 Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in implementing CRM packages with an implementation Service Provider or a customer site as a project in-house implementer.
• BS in computer science or related fields, BBA, MBA is a plus.
• Experience in one the existing packages (Oracle or Siebel)
• CRM product knowledge and experience.
• BI experience is a plus.

Provide support and administration of IT infrastructure, server configuration, disaster recovery and data backup.

Provision of IT business application i.e. identify customer requirement, evaluate applications and implement systems.

IT supports operations – Help desk.

Implement adequate security tools and Network system.

Set related policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Graduate in computer engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years experience.

Some experience preferably in Real Estate Development Company.
