Responsibilities

• To effectively manage turnkey offshore projects from signing of the job contract to execution and handling over.
• Involvement on the pre-qualification & evaluation of contractors; administration of pre bid, joint venture and consortium agreements, MOU’s, agency agreements, etc.
• Review of tender estimates; terms of conditions of bids/contracts/LOI etc – advise BU proposals teams on tender amendments / clarifications / qualifications, etc.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• With 15 to 20 years of experience in an EPC or Oil and Gas Fabrication and Construction (Offshore) industry with focus on all aspects of contracts review and execution.
