Position Summary:</p>
<p>The Assistant ERP Manager’s role is to supervise and operate the MS Dynamics AX-2012 ERP System through implementation best practices. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading and maintaining the company’s investment in the ERP System. The Assistant ERP Manager is also responsible for planning and coordinating the change management of process required for the support of ERP system necessary for business operations. This position will be independent and will apply proven communication and problem-solving skill to solve issue related to the deployment of mission critical ERP software.</p>
<p>This position requires a balance between business expertise and technical aptitude.</p>
<p>Responsibilities and Authorities:<br />
-          Analyse, develop and maintain ERP modules &#038; user requirement (Financial Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, HRMS, Manufacturing, maintenance etc.).<br />
-          Lead  the organization’s process automation initiatives.<br />
-          Liaise with company’s ERP vendor for the successful implementation of ERP System.<br />
-          Liaise with company’s ERP vendor for the prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.<br />
-          Ensure that any ERP integration into company systems meet functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.<br />
-          Handle functional queries and to some extent technical queries<br />
-          Consult with ERP users, making sure systems are adequate, functional and in line with business requirements.<br />
-          Customize and /create new report as per the organizational requirement.<br />
-          Take ownership of minor customizations<br />
-          Train the users, support during validation, definition and execution of the migration plan.<br />

-          Ensure proper UAT and sign-offs are obtained for any changes enforced<br />
-          Utilize the organization’s change management process across all affected areas.<br />
-          This position will be independent and will be in charge of ERP Support on a day to day basis.<br />
Skills<br />
-          Candidates having functional (General Accounts, sales, inventory, purchasing, fixed assets, HRMS, manufacturing, maintenance etc.) and Technical skill preferred.<br />
-          Technically fluent in relational database administration, especially MSSQL and SQL Reporting Services.<br />
-          Proven Capability to collaborate with non-professional as well as professional stakeholders at all levels.<br />
-          Minimum one end-to-end ERP implementation experience.<br />
-          Ms Share Point Server<br />
-          AX User tools, MorphX, X++ Editor/ Debugger<br />
-          Experience in historical data migration is plus.<br />

<p>Job Description:</p>
<p>1. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the workshops activities including facilities, workshop expansion and other operational activities &amp; Transport.<br />
2. In coordination with logistics and Project Managers control and monitor utilization of plant, equipment and vehicles to maximize efficient utilization and distribution of resources and ensure speedy<br />
    execution of works as per schedule.<br />
3. To coordinate for the plant, equipment and Vehicles deployment at various sites and workshop Manpower Requirement.<br />
4. To repair and maintain, ensure trouble free running of all equipment and Vehicles deployed at plant &amp; workshop or various sites by arranging quick evaluation and repair in case of breakdowns / repairs.<br />
5. Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment in consultation with Construction Manager and carry out the maintenance program without hampering operational requirement in order to<br />
    prevent major breakdowns and in the event of major breakdown of equipment, arrange repairs at central workshop.<br />
6.  Manage and control day-to-day activities to meet quality requirements within the budget and timescales, providing regular feedback on order status.<br />
7. Recommend to Management phasing out of old, uneconomical and unusable equipment and replace them with new.<br />
8. Arrange for the regular evaluation, testing and training of operators and drivers coordinate with HR Department for employee evaluation.<br />
9. Plant, machinery and Vehicles maintenance and keeping proper record of equipment.<br />
10. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary production theory and practice and provide suitable interpretation to management and staff.<br />
11. To ensure the department runs profitably by keeping the costs and downt ime of equipment to the minimum.</p>
