Quality Monitoring:

• Gather information, examine and analyze the quality issues such as product defect, number of defective units, number of sold quantity and the stocks in-hand by the distributor.
• Prepare detailed report of quality issue and submit to HQ.

RRR Monitoring:

• Monitoring repeat repair ratio of Products.
• Analyze the causes of high repeated repair whether it is a part quality, repair claim reporting, engineer related, etc.
• After analyzing the data, recommendations will be submitted for approval.
• Supporting operational and technical related issues to The Company braches and subsidiaries.

The Assistant ERP Manager’s role is to supervise and operate the MS Dynamics AX-2012 ERP System through implementation best practices. This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading and maintaining the company’s investment in the ERP System. The Assistant ERP Manager is also responsible for planning and coordinating the change management of process required for the support of ERP system necessary for business operations. This position will be independent and will apply proven communication and problem-solving skill to solve issue related to the deployment of mission critical ERP software.

This position requires a balance between business expertise and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Analyse, develop and maintain ERP modules & user requirement (Financial Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, HRMS, Manufacturing, maintenance etc.).
- Lead the organization’s process automation initiatives.
- Liaise with company’s ERP vendor for the successful implementation of ERP System.
- Liaise with company’s ERP vendor for the prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.
- Ensure that any ERP integration into company systems meet functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
- Handle functional queries and to some extent technical queries

Skills

Position Requirements

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the workshops activities including facilities, workshop expansion and other operational activities & Transport.
2. In coordination with logistics and Project Managers control and monitor utilization of plant, equipment and vehicles to maximize efficient utilization and distribution of resources and ensure speedy
execution of works as per schedule.
3. To coordinate for the plant, equipment and Vehicles deployment at various sites and workshop Manpower Requirement.
4. To repair and maintain, ensure trouble free running of all equipment and Vehicles deployed at plant & workshop or various sites by arranging quick evaluation and repair in case of breakdowns / repairs.
5. Prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment in consultation with Construction Manager and carry out the maintenance program without hampering operational requirement in order to
prevent major breakdowns and in the event of major breakdown of equipment, arrange repairs at central workshop.
6. Manage and control day-to-day activities to meet quality requirements within the budget and timescales, providing regular feedback on order status.
7. Recommend to Management phasing out of old, uneconomical and unusable equipment and replace them with new.
8. Arrange for the regular evaluation, testing and training of operators and drivers coordinate with HR Department for employee evaluation.
9. Plant, machinery and Vehicles maintenance and keeping proper record of equipment.
10. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary production theory and practice and provide suitable interpretation to management and staff.
11. To ensure the department runs profitably by keeping the costs and downt ime of equipment to the minimum.

     Experienced in managing staff and sales people for Air Conditioning Accessories material such as G.I.Sheet & Coils, Copper, Coils & Pipes, Compressors, Fiber Glass Insulation, Duct Liner, Brazing Rod, Aluminum Duct Tape, Rubber insulation, Aluminum sheets, Foster Adhesives, Canvas Cloth, Stickup pins and Duct connectors, Refrigerant gas.

Qualifications

     University Degree in business or related field.

     Minimum 10 years experience in managerial position in the UAE and experience in AC Accessories selling material.

     Pakistan & Indian Nationals preferred.
