<p> <strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:</strong></p>

<li>Minimum of five years banking Market Risk experience (with at least Three years in Private Banking arena), in either a quant or market risk role.</li>
<li>Must have hands on and in-depth understanding of basic market risk constituents: portfolio construction/allocation, Greeks, Yield Curve Building, Vanilla and Structured Derivatives Valuations, VaR, and Credit VaR.</li>
<li>Must have proven capability to combine Stochastic Calculus with Statistical Inference techniques to generate probabilistic models necessary for day-to-day market risk management of complex portfolios.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ideally a masters/post-graduate degree in financial mathematics or statistics, or CFA preferably with some exposure to VB, C++, or Matlab.</li>
<li>Provide expert advice and carry out due diligence on investment proposals.</li>
<li>Propose, discuss, and implement market risk solutions which are fit for purpose.</li>

<p>Ensure that periodic <strong>preventive maintenance</strong>/ inspection is conducted for all equipments in the facility within the agreed maintenance schedule including AC, lighting system and escalator/elevators. Closely monitor the contracted staff through conducting <strong>on-site visits</strong> and evaluate performance accordingly. Supervise and guide maintenance team (outsourced) to have <strong>quick responses</strong> on any technical issues to ensure high quality and smooth operation of the mall. Facilitate <strong>construction/ fit-out</strong> requirements for new tenants to ensure smooth and quick completion without violating malls standards. Monitor maintenance expenses and implement <strong>cost reduction</strong> measures whenever possible and in alignment with mall budget. Ensure the implementation of <strong>mall policies and procedures</strong> among maintenance team (outsource) and report any violation. Ensure proper <strong>documentation</strong> for the data related to facility in term of cabling, equipments, generators, fire protection etc. for future references. Pay special attention to <strong>safety measures/ equipments</strong> including fire alarms/extinguishers, as well as emergency exits and report any violation to management. Ensure all building management system and other related system are working in full  operation  condition and report as required to management and take all necessary action to ensure always working   with recommendation. Ensure always random inspection for facility assessment with report on the condition of the mall to asset mall management on budgetary planning.</p>

Participate in setting <strong>leasing and pricing plans</strong> for the mall in order to maintain the balance between market benchmarks/demands and required revenue through conducting relevant market research and then provide feedback to management. Ensure adherence to <strong>leasing policies and procedures</strong> as well as applying leasing process to ensure consistency and protection of Company’s interests. <strong>Negotiate leasing opportunities</strong> with tenants and recommend to management final offer to close the deals with them and secure all required approvals and documents for all offers/ contracts. Collect 100% <strong>lease payment</strong> from new tenants and update the management accordingly. Monitor <strong>fitting-out process</strong> with new tenants to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines for BOC and trading. Maintain good/ <strong>long relationship with tenants</strong> to facilitate future possible leasing growth in the mall by conducting regular visits to them, listening to their queries/ issues and act on them accordingly. Ensure <strong>contracts</strong> are drafted, reviewed, signed and received from both parties by efficiently managing all necessary contracting processes and requirements to protect Company interests and provide all related documents to issue the contracts. Ensure full utilization of pre-leasing useful data such as footfall analysis, marketing calendars, technical shop specific data, etc. to follow proper leasing techniques, attract prospect tenants and protects mall interests.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 3-5 years experience in the field.</p>

<p>Job Purpose:</p>
<p>In close partnership with the Country Manager and Regional Finance Director, direct the accounting functions of the Saudi business unit, including the preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, cash balances and all other financial results.</p>
<p>Main Accountabilities:</p>
<p>· Assist in formulating, and administer approved general accounting practices to ensure accounting, financial and operating reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business.<br />
· Participate in the development of control framework, accounting policy and administer approved accounting procedures.<br />
· Maintain appropriate Internal Controls and ensure that they comply with Harsco’s policies and procedures.<br />
· Prepare accounting data in accordance with Saudi and US GAAP Accounting Standards, including Monthly US GAAP accounts and annual statutory accounts.<br />
· Ensure activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and professional and ethical standards.</p>
<p>Specific Responsibilities:</p>
<p>· Monthly Management Accounts to a 3rd Working day close.<br />
· Upload of accounts to HFM for the entity<br />
· Provide senior management with reliable information necessary to control the operation.<br />
· Supervise the maintenance of the general ledgers. Prepare Company and Department operating and financial statements, budgets and forecasts.<br />
· Co-ordinate the reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis.<br />
· Ensure major capital expenditure requests comply with Harsco’s approval systems and remain within budget.<br />
· Cooperate with external auditors retained to audit accounting procedures and records.<br />
· Control the selection and training of staff, and delegate responsibilities to subordinate staff.<br />
· Prepare and lodge all Company Tax Returns and liaise with Tax Department regarding taxation matters.<br />
· Manage working capital to terms.<br />
· Manage EVA reporting to facilitate and drive EVA performance of the business.</p>
<p>Management and Leadership:</p>
<p>· Ensure the effective utilisation, motivation, accuracy of work, training and development of all direct reports.<br />
· Conduct annual staff appraisals in line with company procedures.<br />
· In liaison with the HR team, ensure correct procedures are followed in respect of selection, recruitment, engagement, employment, discipline and termination of all direct reports.</p>
<p>Remuneration and Benefits:</p>
<p>Salary will be in the region SR 25k PM + Accommodation + Medical + Car</p>
<p>This role is offered on a local contract basis, and is therefore subject to the appropriate company terms and conditions of employment.</p>
<p>In summary these are:</p>
<p>· Notice period of three months, employee and employer.<br />
· Participation in the company profit-share bonus plan.<br />
· Holiday entitlement of 4 weeks pa.<br />

<p>PERSON SPECIFICATION</p>
<p>Qualifications and Experience:</p>
<p>· A Degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field.<br />

· Likely to have at least 3-5 years post qualification experience<br />

<p>The Business Planning and Financial Analysis role requires for evaluating the performance of Consumer Assets Business. Person will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports, as well as recommendations to senior management regarding financial and business results and works closely with Product Heads, Credit Dept, Sales, Marketing and other functions.</p>
<p>This position &#8220;Business Analytics &amp; Financial Planning Manager – CAB Business&#8221; works on Annual budgets, Monthly, Quarterly forecasts, Financial analysis, Portfolio analysis, Daily state of Business report, Data Support and adhoc requests. Position focuses primarily on building and managing short and long-term outlooks while gaining an increased understanding of select business coverage areas, with a subsequent focus on enhancing the forecasting and planning process by working closely with and leveraging inputs from key partners. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the senior management in understanding business results, prepare for business reviews, and for the forecasting / planning process. Responsibility includes the preparation of reviews, decks, analysis of business results and initiatives’ etc.</p>

<p>Financial Planning</p>
<p>1. Lead and participate in development and analysis of strategic forecast. Annual plan, quarterly re-forecasts and outlooks, and monthly flash.<br />
2. Monitor business performance in terms of revenue and expenses (line by line),<br />
3. Consolidate overall financial results, and provide senior management with timely feedback on underperformance, arising risks, and opportunities.<br />
4. Manage expenses with in approved budget/plan·<br />
5. Responsible for preparing monthly forecast of P&amp;L and Asset size<br />
6. Responsible for the preparation of the monthly CAB business review.<br />
7. Responsible for ongoing analysis of financial results and key indicators<br />
8. Ensure that the tracking is inline with Samba policies<br />
9. Co ordinate in establishing BP&amp;A functions in Samba UAE<br />
10. Coordinate with BP&amp;A, FinCon, Credit, Sales and Ops etc</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<br />

§ Education &amp; qualifications (include Membership of professional bodies):</p>
<p>MBA in Finance / Economics with necessary IT skilss<br />
Or MS in Statistics with necessary IT skills<br />

<p>At least 4-5 years of experience in consumer /business analytics, credit analytics as well as Business Finance</p>

Relevant  Experience :<br />
·     Minimum –15 -20 years of experience in a similar environment of which at least 7-10 years are in a project management capacity relating to high value projects in Government / private sector / Industrial/Oil and Gas/Process Projects.<br />
Technical Knowledge / Skills:<br />
·    Set the working Projects Processes/Methodologies / system and requirements to be followed by the PMs<br />
·      Ensures that Set systems are implemented and adhered to in running the operations.<br />
·        Manage and lead the Projects operation to maximise business performance in terms of revenue and profit margins whilst ensuring continued customer satisfaction.<br />
·        Coordinating and Recommending for HR Manager for hiring, discharges, promotions and salary actions, for personnel within the operation.<br />
·        Coordinating with HR Department  for Operation team, including performance reviews, coaching, training and all other aspects of Standard Personnel Policy.<br />
·        Direct, plan and prioritise the use of the group’s resources to achieve the optimum utilisation and profitability whilst continually assessing group performance to identify and implement improvement actions.<br />
·        Manage, lead and motivate staff to achieve excellence within their roles and profession ensuring identification and fast tracking of high potential employees.<br />
·        Identifies areas for improvement in the implementation and control of projects and Projects change orders and recommend guidelines and procedures to management for improved performance.<br />
·        Implements effective control on in-process projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing and reporting to meet the established delivery and profit objectives for the project.<br />
·        Participates or ensures participation of members of his team to prepare for important projects quotations.<br />
·        Taking Part and Supervising Handing over for released or resigned Project Managers or Project Directors. </p>
<p>·     Broad understanding of project Finance and project management techniques.<br />
·     Experience in managing, coordinating, and administering medium / large-size, complex, multi function design / construction projects, with high performing multi-disciplinary teams.<br />
·     Knowledge of construction specification and standards.<br />
·     Knowledge of contract administration.<br />
·     Experience in projects involving government departments and in managing and controlling multi million budgets.<br />
·     Project Management Professional (PMP) is a must. Other Project Management Certification such as IPMA is plus.<br />
Computer Skills:<br />
·     Good working knowledge of MS Office, ERP, scheduling software Such as MS and Primavera, and internet.<br />
