• Prepare accounting data in accordance with Saudi and US GAAP Accounting Standards, including Monthly US GAAP accounts and annual statutory accounts.

• Ensure activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and professional and ethical standards.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Monthly Management Accounts to a 3rd Working day close.

• Upload of accounts to HFM for the entity

Management and Leadership:

• Ensure the effective utilisation, motivation, accuracy of work, training and development of all direct reports.

• Conduct annual staff appraisals in line with company procedures.

• In liaison with the HR team, ensure correct procedures are followed in respect of selection, recruitment, engagement, employment, discipline and termination of all direct reports.
