· Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the Technical Document Register (TDR), identify requirements and scope of work; review specifications Process Data Sheets (PDS), Establish contract review criteria, identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from original proposal through the instigation of technical queries to projects/client.

· Verify and conceptualize the most optimum work route. Identify a clear scope of work/supply and accordingly plan/schedule the engineering activities and manpower resource. Identify and quantity total number of engineering deliverables, man-hour allocation, format of delivery, time schedules and other requirements for execution of the work.

Job Outline:
- Expert in Automation to provide excellent technical support pre and after sales.
- Provide a technical level of expertise and consultations.
- Improve Schneider knowledge Web database.
- Prepare and Conduct technical trainings.
- Provide a technical support on-site, by request from countries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle HEC-Telemecanique&Modicon Brand customer requests within fixed timeframes.
2. Implement resources (lab tests, researches, contact third parties …) to provide an answer to the customer.
3. Provide expertise, update the knowledge base with FAQ’s and publish technical notes, resolutions and solutions in dedicated WEB tool. To manage and animate advance services related to his responsibilities.
4. Launch and follow up on-site and Product expertise requests.
5. Transfer complex, product evaluation related requests to the appropriate activity.
6. Act as the dedicated contact of a customer until the case is closed.
7. Detect opportunities for productivity gain and selling additional fee based services.
8. Follow up the new innovations and product evaluations and keep the related laboratory products and tools updated.
9. Facilitate knowledge exchange between experts in order to improve team’s efficiency.
10. Analyse / Capitalize customer requests in order to develop offerings.
11. Propose and prepare the related technical (Product, applications, standards etc.) training modules and conduct and evaluate according to the schedules approved.
12. To provide on-site visits and consultations for customers according approved requests.
13. To manage tricky situations: stressful customers, production breakdown.
14. To report to activities (L3 Product expertise) and factories for dysfunctions of hardware and software.

Skills

1. Total TAR’s answered, average closing time and satisfaction of clients.
2. Number of FAQ’s and technical solution/resolutions, notes published
3. Update of knowledge and laboratory conditions
4. Number of training modules prepared and updated

6. Update of database in to Extranet WEB tool.
7. Number of consultations and on-site support
