Manager Card Reconciliation – Ref:FA/27/03/N1

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing performance and entire operational activities of Reconciliation Unit within the Card Centre and ensuring that all reconciliation related operations in the unit are carried out with maximum efficiency, security and control in order to safeguard the financial interests of the Cards business.
  • Maintain a perfect match between the Credit Card related control / suspense / sundry accounts in the Bank’s GL and the Card Systems.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining operational procedures for the reconciliation activities and ensure that these conform to the Bank’s standard of quality, operational efficiency and controls and include effective internal controls to manage operational risks and stand the test of audit.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in Card Operations with University degree or equivalent qualification
