- To lead the HR function for 1 business unit in ensuring all major HR objectives.
- Formulate HR strategy for the Business Unit, standardize best HR practices across the board, and customize HR support to suit the needs of the business unit
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline and MBA / Post Graduation in HR from a recognized University/ Premier B School.
- Minimum 7 -10 years’ experience as a HR generalist.
- Should have handled HR operations for a project oriented / Manufacturing / Engineering / Oil and Gas Contracting set-up.
- Exposure to progressive HR practices & systems and JD Edwards / ERP enabled environment.
