Assistant Manager – Collections (Retail) – Ref:MGMT/21/01/H2

Responsibilities

*     Complete collection and recovery procedure in retail banking

*     Negotiate appropriate payment and / or settlement arrangement with customers

*     Studying and assessing cases and determining the appropriate course of action for each individual case.

*     Coordinating with the legal department regarding the action taken in each individual case and updating the progress of each case.

*     Preparing police cases and provisional attachment

*     Having a field visit for companies or consumers whenever it’s necessary.

*     Coordinating with after sales services operation on daily basis.

*     Meeting customers in collection department and solving their issues (account block ,end of service, police case release)

*     Loan Scoring and Loan Analysing

*     Customer Service

*     Compliance and Follow-ups

*     Fraud and Security

*     Black listing / Preparation of Warning bulletin

*     Preparing Voucher for hold & debit to cover the dues manual

*     Taking care of the post-dated cheque & security cheque

*     Managed a team of collectors

*     Liaison with branches and interbank

 

Qualifications

*     Three (3) years minimum banking and collections experience

*     Abu Dhabi experience is a must

*     Arab National only
