Responsibilities

v Safe, efficient and cost effective ship operations.

v Company vessels are manned by competent personnel without interruption of service.

v Clear superintendent allocation for designated vessels; Clear responsibilities and accountabilities of staff.

v Zero accidents and incidents.

v Liaise with clients to ensure operational compliance to contracted work scope.

v Ensure an efficient and contractually compliant service is supplied to clients.

v Monitor developments in regulations and ensure vessels continued compliance.

v Ensure that the vessel is supplied with authorized stores, spares, fuel, food and supplies in due time and at a minimum achievable cost, while consistent with required quality.

v Providing accurate, concise and timely reports to DGM as when required.

v Assisting HR in the development of HR initiatives.

v Monitoring availability and flow of personnel as well as hiring, motivating and assigning team to projects.

Qualifications

v An experienced and qualified Marine Engineer with substantial technical and operational management experience.

v With previous shore experience, prefer served on AHTS.
